Mr.Ramesh Shivan
A mentor, a guide and a role model to all the younger leaders, Ramesh Shivan a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of corporate and noncorporate experience is handling our Pune branch office.
Mr.Ramesh specializes in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Costing, Taxation, Auditing, Commercial Operations, Excise & Legal Affairs, MIS Development and Industrial Relations. Expertise in finalisation of accounts, coordinating audits and handling Sales Tax & Excise matters. A keen analyst with exceptional negotiation & relationship management skills and abilities in liaising with regulatory authorities & other external agencies.
He has been a Key member of the Negotiation Committee involved in wage settlement with the labour union in Goa for 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996 & 2000; Pondicherry (2002) and Arkonam 2004. He has been a member of the Regional Excise Advisory Committee set up by the Excise Commissioner of Goa.
B N Sudarshan
Mr.Sudarshan is the founding partner and heads the Audit team at Sudarshan Abilesh& Co.
A Chartered accountant with a Bachelor degree in Science, Sudarshan brings over 25 years of experience to the firm. Sudarshan specializes in Over all audits, Consultancy, Company Law procedure, Secretarial and FEMA matters for Companies, Internal Audit, Project appraisal, Devising & Monitoring of Internal Controls, System Analysis, Drafting of Procedures.
With a firm and calm business sense, Sudarshan heads the strategy and business development of the firm.
H R Suresh
Mr.Suresh heads the taxation team in the firm. A self-confessed avid lover of tax laws, Suresh has presented many articles that has benefitted not only those within Sudarshan Abilesh & Co, but national and international firms across India. Many have been motivated with his “Saturday Gyaan Sessions” in the organization.
With experience of over 20 years of experience, Suresh drives the taxation team keeping abreast of the developments.
Venkatesh N R
Mr.Venkatesh N R heads Dubai branch, Chartered Accountant with over three decades of professional experience. He has been stationed in Dubai for more than two decades and been in senior positions as CFO as well has handling management of strategies. He has facilitated M&A transactions. He has worked in large professionally managed companies like Wipro, A1 Futtaim, Dubai investments and KGT. He holds SAP certification in FICO and headed the implemnetation of ERP systems (SAP, Baan) for large corporate.
He has been instrumental in structuring the funding arrangements for the clients with various banks in UAE for more than AED 400 million.He is presently heading our Dubai branch. He specializes in Virtual CFO & Strategic management services and due diligence for corporate and banks.
Abilesh Rao
Mr.Abilesh heads the consulting team of the firm. A Chartered accountant with degree and specialization in cost accounting and also holding the specialized degree in the field of Information systems audit, Abilesh brings over 7 years of experience to the firm. He also spearheads the technology initiatives of the firm. Abilesh specializes in audits, taxation and due diligence exercises. Expert in information systems audit. Has exposure to large corporates having multi various activities, and rich experience in financial management and Systems Management
Srikrishna Subramani
Mr.Srikrishna Subramaniam Heads - Start ups & Advisory with experience of 44 years. He has Extensive professional experience in leadership positions in finance and business operations with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and motivate a large team of professionals. He served in important leadership positions in various organizations in India such as Wipro, GE Medical Systems Limited and Director of Finance in Motorola Broadband Communications.
As a strong proponent of Corporate Governance, he worked closely with the Boards for shaping and guiding these businesses. He has a thorough understanding about funding options and structures for optimizing stakeholder value. he is well know and respected in the professional Eco-system as a writer, thinker, influencer, opinion maker, mentor, coach-trainer and strategist.
In this pursuit he has established a business incubation facility at a prominent metro station in Bangalore for nurturing and guiding early-stage start-ups. He mentors senior financial professionals of select organizations in managing their long-term effectiveness for realizing their goals/vision.
